Dal Vera
A Set of eight “Les Arcs” dining chairs, after a design selected by Charlotte Perriand for Les Arcs. c. 1967–69,
Tubular chromed steel, natural saddle leather slings. Produced by Dal Vera c. 1970s
Commissioned for the mountain complex conceived by architect Roger Godino and realised between 1967 and 1975, the Les Arcs interiors were an immense undertaking in which Perriand oversaw every detail, from spatial planning to furniture, lighting and materials. The resulting pieces, fabricated by French and Italian workshops, embodied her alpine aesthetic: honest materials, modular construction, and forms that age gracefully through use.
Each: 82 cm high × 48 cm wide × 54 cm deep (approx.)
