We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you’re unhappy and wish to return a purchase, please do contact us via the details above no later than 7 days from the date you receive your purchase. Please quote your invoice number and provided the item is in saleable condition, we will exchange or credit the amount against a future purchase.
Custom made pieces can only be returned or exchanged if there is a fault with the piece. Every effort must be made to report any faults to us within 7 days of receiving the item. Please make contact with us via email or telephone prior to returning the item.
